Podcast Summaryfor those of you who are unfamiliar with the podcast, it is a monthly mixed set with two distinct flavours: SESSIONS feature some of the latest deep house and deep tech. FORWARD is much more techy and hype. definitely more banging. About carlovegamy love for electronic music goes back to the early 80's. the older kids were all breakdancing to electro and old school hip hop in dark basements, but i always more interested in the beats more than the dancing. the desire to learn to DJ didn't hit me until high school. it was around the time house music started gaining acceptance, and fans. even to this day, richie rich "salsa house" remains one of my fav tracks of all time. fast forward to 2008. the love affair with house is now 19 years and going, with 13 of those years as a DJ. during that time there have been flings with techno, jackin house, techhouse, two retirements, and lots of memories... playing at amazing venues like RPM, phoenix, nasa dance pub... playing at big raves for phryl & liquid adrenaline... and playing on chry on "our house" for 3 years with jay t and jason b. but through it all, it has always come back to house. enjoy.
